What You’ll be Doing
- Driver Behaviour Monitoring (Safety Alerts, Geofence, Excess Mileage, Incidents)
- Enforcement (Immobilisation: Drivers Default and Non-compliance)
- Track Vehicles Daily Status
- Track vehicle maintenance and inspection needs
- Reduction of claims and accidents
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance is achieved with our telematics units
What You will need for this position
- Problem-solving techniques(5WHY and TQM) are a must
- A good first degree in a relevant field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Degree in any discipline.
- 4 years experience in customer care/support roles for Fleet management and safety for risk.
- Experience in the asset-financing & logistics industries is an added advantage.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suites (Excel).
- Ability to manage people.
- The candidate must possess an eye for detail.

Who You'll Be Working with:
Directly reporting to our Customer Success Supervisor, and closely working with our Operations Team. This is a temporary role with 2 months contract.
